On July 28, 2023, Associate Professor Zhuzhuna Gumbaridze, Head of the Quality Assurance Service, conducted a training on the topic: "Leadership and Management in Higher Education" for the academic and invited staff of Batumi Medical University.

Issues discussed in the training were: the role of a leader in managing an organization, collaborative leadership, setting priorities, and others.
