On 17 November 2022, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Avicenna - Batumi Medical University and Batumi Tennis Club.

The cooperation between the parties aims to raise public awareness about sports, establish a healthy lifestyle, and about health promotion and prevention issues - through the implementation of sports and educational/cognitive activities, participation in student sports competitions, and support of student initiatives.
