Elections have been announced to elect one member of the Academic Council of Avicenna - Batumi Medical University LLC
A professor or associate professor of the School of Medicine of Avicenna - Batumi Medical University, may be elected as a member of the Academic Council. The term of office for the newly elected Academic Council member is determined by the remaining term of the Academic Council, which lasts until December 1, 2026, marking the end of the four-year term.
Registration of candidates will take place from March 5 to March 7, 2024, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Election Commission located at the legal address of the university: Batumi, Tbeti St. N4, 4th floor, room N417. Candidates are required to submit an application form filled out in advance before registration. The application form will be provided by the registrar of the competition commission.
The human resources management and case management service specialist (registrar) ensures the formation of the list of voters (the composition of the academic staff of the medical school), the preparation of ballots for the election day, and the registration of observers no later than March 7, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
Academic Council elections (voting by the academic staff of the School of Medicine) will be held on March 14, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. On the same day, the results will be announced on the University notice board and the University website.
