On July 6, another conference organized by Avicenna-Batumi Medical University was dedicated to one of the major global health challenges: cardiovascular diseases. The theme was "Cardiovascular diseases and interventional medicine - achievements and challenges." 

Scientific reports, and rare and interesting cases in angio, cardio-surgery, and interventional medicine were presented at the event under the auspices of the Medcenter Corporation. The main emphasis was placed on the necessity of synchronously implementing hybrid high-tech approaches in these areas.

The medical community and field experts gathered at the Courtyard Marriott had the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion with the involvement of foreign experts. Additionally, they heard the state's general vision for the development of the field and additional support plans for regional healthcare from key figures responsible for health policy.
