Memorandum of Cooperation between Avicenna - Batumi Medical University and Duquesne University

On 27 Feb 2024, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Avicenna - Batumi Medical University and Duquesne University. The collaboration between the two institutions aims to explore various opportunities:

  •  Establishment of Exchange Programs: The memorandum includes the establishment of student, faculty, scholars, and administrators exchange programs between the two universities. This initiative will facilitate cultural exchange, knowledge sharing, and academic growth for participants from both institutions.
  • Development of Joint Curricula: Another key aspect of the cooperation is the development of joint curricula, which may include dual degree and non-degree programs. By combining expertise from both Avicenna - Batumi Medical University and Duquesne University, students can benefit from a more comprehensive educational experience.
  • Research Collaboration: The memorandum also highlights research collaboration in fields of mutual interest between the research staff, departments, and schools of both institutions.
