Public Lecture: Enhancing Continuous Improvement in the Quality of Medical Services

Continuous management of medical service quality and patient safety is the most important professional competence of modern healthcare personnel and is no longer considered solely the responsibility of the management team.

The event addressed the current issues in society, how to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, and the best international practices.

During the lecture seminar, the question of "How to implement" and maintain the standards required by accrediting bodies was answered. Accordingly, the public lecture focused on discussing international principles that ensure the cost-effective establishment of accreditation standards in practice.

The lecture was delivered by Lela Sturua, an MD and external audit specialist from the International Society for Healthcare Quality (ISQua)
