Management Effectiveness

The following mechanisms of assessment and monitoring are used to analyze the management effectiveness of the structural unit:

  • Accountability towards the direct supervisor;
  • Performance indicator of the tasks of the Strategic Development;

  • The index of reaching University target benchmarks;
  • The results of 360-degree evaluation of staff.

360-degree evaluation system provides an evaluation of the employee's performance with objective, versatile and unbiased tools, alongside the ability to perform the task by evaluating the ability to effectively integrate it into the educational community and demonstrate transferable skills.

360-degree assessment provides a comprehensive assessment of all the key skills and qualities demonstrated by the University employee, from his supervisors, colleagues, and those benefiting from the results of his work - University staff and students.
