For the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, Avicenna - Batumi Medical University announces mobility on the one-cycle educational program "Medical Doctor".

Terms of mobility:

From January 29 to February 07, 2025 - Applicants registration on the mobility portal - see link.

February 08-10, 2025 - Reception of applications and documentation of applicants in electronic form (info@abmu.edu.ge)

February 11-12, 2025 - Recognition of credits applicants covered (Compatibility report);

February 13-14, 2025 (11:00 - 18:00) - Reception of Consent of the applicants on the conclusion on recognition of credits and determination of the semester and signing of the academic contract.

February 17-19, 2025 - Submission of the draft order of the rector on persons subject to enrollment in the "Avicenna - Batumi Medical University" in the information system for managing higher education.

List of documents applicants must provide:

a) Application statement ( attachment);

b) Copy of ID/Passport;

c) Copy of the confirmation document on complete general education;

d) An authorized copy of the order of enrollment in the educational institution and all legal acts determining the status of the student;

e) An authorized copy of the study card/certificate about the credits the student covered;

f) Copy of the conscript's military registration certificate (or military ID, if applicable);

g) Copy of credit/qualification document received in a higher educational institution of a foreign country (if applicable);
