For the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year, Avicenna - Batumi Medical University announces mobility on the one-cycle educational program "Medical Doctor".

Terms of mobility:

From August 24, 2026, to September 8, 2026, at 18:00 - Applicants registration on the mobility portal - see link

September 9-14, 2026- Reception of applications and documentation of applicants in electronic form (info@abmu.edu.ge)

September 15–16, 2026- Recognition of credits applicants covered (Compatibility report);

September 17–18, 2026(from 11:00 to 18:00) -  Reception of the consent statements from mobility applicants on the credit recognition (compatibility) conclusion and signing the academic contracts;

September 19–21, 2026- Submission of the draft Rector’s Order on the enrollment of individuals at “Avicenna – Batumi Medical University” into the Higher Education Management Information System.

List of documents to be submitted by mobility applicants:

a) Application statement (see link);

b) Copy of ID/Passport;

c) Copy of the confirmation document on complete general education;

d) An authorized copy of the order of enrollment in the educational institution and all legal acts determining the status of the student;

e) An authorized copy of the study card/certificate about the credits the student covered;

g) Copy of credit/qualification document received in a higher educational institution of a foreign country (if applicable);

Note: Electronically submitted documentation, duly certified, must be provided in hard copy at the time of contract signing.
