Avicenna - Batumi Medical University’s Associate Professor, Zhuzhuna Gumbaridze participated in the first international conference - "Lexicography in the 21st Century", which was held on November 10-12 in Tbilisi at Ilia State University.  The researchers from different countries of the world: Denmark, Austria, Hungary, USA, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Germany, Latvia, Slovenia, India, Armenia and others took part in the conference.  The three-day conference's aim was to create a modern forum in Georgia to discuss current issues of modern lexicography. One of the supporters of the conference represented Avicenna-Batumi Medical University.
