On 10 November 2022, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Avicenna - Batumi Medical University and Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.

The agreement between parties aims to enhance cooperation in educational and scientific fields -through the implementation the joint research, sharing of educational literature/publications, and implementation of joint summer schools and other events.
