Registration of first-year students - from August 27 to September 15, 2025

Dear First-Year Students, congratulations on becoming students of Avicenna – Batumi Medical University!

You have chosen Learn for Life – a path that serves not only your academic and professional growth but also the protection of human health and well-being.

Registration of first-year students at Avicenna – Batumi Medical University will take place from August 27 to September 15, 2025.

Submission of the required application forms and documentation is carried out electronically via email: info@abmu.edu.ge 

Applicants admitted to the University are required to submit the following documents within the specified deadlines:

a) Application addressed to the Rector of the University – see Annex;

b) Copy of an ID card or passport;

c) Copy of the certificate of complete general education (high school diploma) or another legally recognized document proving the level of education required for admission to a higher education program;

d) 1 (One ) digital photo, size 3x4;

e) Copy of the conscription registration certificate or military card (for those subject to military registration);

f) Medical certificate on health condition (Form IV-100/a);

g) Applicants under 18 years of age must submit a notarized consent of a legal representative (guardian/caretaker). If a parent is presented as the legal representative, a copy of the parent’s ID card and the applicant’s birth certificate must be provided.

After registration, the University will arrange individual schedules for applicants to finalize their admission and sign the agreement no later than September 20, 2025.

Note: At the time of signing the agreement, the applicants are required to present the originals or duly certified copies of the registration documents submitted.
