Avicenna-Batumi Medical University, LLC has been chosen as one of the 50 registered universities that will participate in the project of TermCoord and the European Parliament for the 2023-2024 academic year. The project aims to ensure the standardization and harmonization of terminology, which will contribute to the harmonization of established sectoral metalanguage and terminological influx in the wake of innovative trends. Based on the current global challenges of the world ecology, the environment has been named as a research domain for the 2023-2024 academic year. The process of working on sectoral terminology within the framework of the mentioned project will be carried out by Avicenna academics and invited personnel. The outcomes of the terminology research will be published on the official website of the European Parliament. At the end of the academic year, the project coordinator as well as participants will be issued a certificate of completion for academic cooperation within the TermCoord and the European Parliament.
