Job Responsibilities:
The Specialist of the Office:
Registers applicants, entrants, and individuals interested in mobility;
Provides consultations to students regarding current university matters;
Participates in and/or assists the Student Self-Government in organizing its activities;
Participates in organizing trainings, seminars, and masterclasses for students, as well as activities related to professional orientation, career planning, and employment;
Promotes the protection of students’ rights and interests and assists the Student Ombudsman elected by the Student Self-Government;
Conducts periodic research on graduates’ employment rates and assists in administering the activities of the University Alumni Club;
Within the scope of competence and upon the instructions of the Head of the Office, performs other powers defined by this job description and the University’s legal acts;
Key Qualifications:
Higher education;
At least 1 year of work experience (experience in a university environment is preferred);
Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B2;
Excellent command of office software programs;
