ALIVE: Albendazole-induced Liver Injury and Variant Exploration (Uncovering HLA-B13/B15-Mediated Albendazole Hepatotoxicity in Pediatric Cases)

The project aims to study the mechanisms of albendazole-induced liver injury and related genetic factors in pediatric patients. The research is distinguished by its innovative approach, as well as its high scientific and practical significance. The results will contribute significantly to the development of personalized medicine, support the individual selection of medications based on genetic characteristics, and improve patient safety mechanisms.
